Kaizen Plastomould is a leader in developing blow and injection moulded plastic products and assemblies. Located in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad), Maharashtra, India, Kaizen has been serving the automobile OEMs since 1999. ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we have expertise in manufacturing plastic products using various moulding techniques such as blow, injection, rota and thermoforming. Our capabilities also include rexin hood assemblies with stitching and welding for 3 wheelers and seat assemblies for 2 and 3 wheelers.

Leadership Team

Sudhir Shiradkar
Managing Director

Sudhir Shiradkar has a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA and has over 40 years of industry experience. He is also a founder of Sanjay Group where he established business of plastic injection molding, painting and brake shoe assembly. As a first generation businessman, he was instrumental in growing Sanjay Group of companies to 150 Crore at multiple locations. In 2022, under his leadership Kaizen Plastomould was acquired and growing with more than 50% CAGR.

Madhusudan P. Sharma Director

M.P. Sharma, a polymer engineer, has over 33 years of experience in moulding and has handled all categories of procurement. With his outstanding leadership qualities, he was appointed as the Group Vice President – Materials, Business Development and Projects in Varroc group.

Sayli Shiradkar, PhD Director

Sayli Shiradkar is a director in KPM since 2022. She holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering, MS in Engineering management from UCF, USA and BE in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University. Sayli has experience of working in software industry as well as a Research Scientist in IIT Bombay. She is passionate about health and safety, women empowerment and Industrial Engineering.

Girish Pande
Business Head

Girish is a mechanical engineer with over 24 years of experience in Product development in automobile industry. He is an expert in injection & blow moulding. He is experienced in handling business operations since last 15 years.
